Senior Software Developer– Ada, MI
The Senior Software Developer will be responsible for analyzing, designing. coding, implementing, and modifying mobile software applications.This developer will join a team developing applications based upon design specifications and business requirements under the direction of the technical lead.

·Provides excellent customer service and demonstrates effective communication skills

·Analyzes, designs, codes, implements and modifies software-programming applications and software products

·Writes code and program documentation

·Programs, tests and debugs business applications

·Analyzes project specifications and procedures and translates into detailed technical specifications

·Works well in project teams – taking and providing direction as dictated by role

·Installs, configures, updates and administers application software packages.

·Provides technical software application support, problems resolution and appropriate documentation of actions.

·Performs application tuning to optimize overall system performance, often working with technical support staff.

The accomplished individual will demonstrate progressive experiences in…

* 4+ years of related Experience in developing web applications using .NET, C# and client-side scripting (JavaScript)
* Experience developing mobile web applications and familiarity with adaptive and responsive techniques
* Having the willingness and flexibility to learn new technologies
* Ability to work independently and in small teams in a rapid development environment
* Demonstrated problem solving skills
* Ability to prioritize the workload
* Strong interpersonal, verbal communication, and analytical skills

An outstanding professional will have the following credentials…

* BS/BA degree in Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems or Business is required
* Experience developing native mobile applications for the iOS and Android platforms
