Responsibilities:
- Schedule all training events (on-site and off-site)
- Coordinate and handle logistics for all training activities (including venues, equipment, vendors, etc.)
- Develop training aids such as class handouts, job aids, reference materials, manuals, etc.
- Track, compile and report feedback received for training initiatives
- Creating and maintaining training events within the Learning Management System (LMS)
- Maintain inventory of in-house training equipment
- Assist Training Consultants with analysis and development of training when needed. This may include meeting with subject matter experts, performing training needs analysis with Training Consultants, and creating materials
- Build and maintain a strong working relationship with all levels of leadership
Requirements:
- Strong technical skills with mastery of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
- Advanced user of Microsoft Outlook and project management software preferred
- Effective verbal & written communication skills
- Creative thinking and problem solving skills
- Strong data gathering, research and analysis skills
- Experience in project management and/or event planning
- Quick learner of various technologies and software
- Availability must include nights and weekends
- Ability to travel to all of our company locations
What Will Make You Special:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Training, Instructional Design, or related field
- Knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design principles such as ADDIE
- Experience facilitating some training sessions
- Proficient with Apple products including Mac computers & programs (Keynote, iMovie, etc.) as well as iPads
- Tech savvy in the following software: SumTotal LMS, AtTask, SharePoint, SharePoint Designer, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, and Claro
