          Broker, Certified Financial Planner ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
          This position is responsible for meeting with potential clients and existing
          clients for the purposes of determining needs and financial goals and
          objectives, and seeking to assist the member with financial planning and
          wealth management advice to meet those goals. This is accomplished by
          analyzing the client’s information and goals, developing financial plans,
          discussing various options available to the client, and the formal completion
          of plans at the client’s direction. Execution of plans involves, to the extent
          authorized, the purchase and/or sale of stocks, mutual funds, and bonds as
          well as the sale of various lines of insurance. Maintains regular contact with
          current clients to revise and update plans based upon any changes in their
          needs or in the investment market. QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job
          successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty
          satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the
          knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be

          functions. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Associate's degree (A. A.) or
          equivalent from two-year college or technical school; five years related
          experience. Series 7, Series 66 (or Series 65/63) and Life Insurance License
          required.  CFP designation is preferred. Competitve benefit package, base
          salary plus commissions, 401(k), etc. Must be licensed to sell insurance and
          securities. CFP designation preferred. Travel may be required.
