          Job Details: Summary: Assist and coordinates quality management and improvement processes in the Primary Care Network (PCN) under the director of the PCN Quality Manager. Qualifications: Associate Degree in Nursing or Quality Assurance preferred, or Coding, Coding, Clerical or Medical Assistant with physician office practice experience. Two years Quality Management experience and Payor Incentive Program experience preferred. Ability to communicate with and influence all types of workers and care providers in a variety of delivery settings. Well-developed verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge and ability to use computer applications. Ability to complete data entry functions. Experience with Microsoft Office Applications preferred. Prior experience working with multi-disciplinary teams on quality assessment and improvement. Articulates and demonstrates commitment to the philosophy, values, mission and vision of the organization. Personal organization and initiative with demonstrated experience working in a self directed position.
