“I started at Magna over 6 years ago as a Senior HR Generalist, was promoted to HR Supervisor January, 2013 and recently promoted to HR Manager. I've spent 15 years working in the automotive industry and enjoy working in such a fast-paced, exciting industry that is constantly changing. Magna's entrepreneurial culture and decentralized operating structure separates us from our competitors. Our entrepreneurial culture encourages creativity and allows me to perform my job at an efficient level. There are many talented and intelligent people within Magna, and I really enjoy working with them and being a part of the Magna family”.

“I joined Magna in September 2012 and each day I learn more about Magna's unique culture. I was introduced to the Employee's Charter on my first day and I felt very proud to work for a company that places such high value on its people. I work every day to help provide a safe and healthy workplace for employees, and it is encouraging seeing employees commit to principles of safety and sustainability”.

“I believe that all success begins with people. For me, the best part of working at Magna is that I feel I have great friends in my coworkers who are talented and able to solve tough problems. On top of that, the variety in my duties keeps things fresh. I really enjoy advanced product development because I like experimenting and trying to improve our products. I recently helped Magna win a PACE Award with the Infinity mirror. The Infinity mirror was something I dreamed up, designed, and built the first prototype of. The manufacturing and acceptance of the mirror was something that required a huge commitment from a large team of people, which I'm grateful to have been a part of”.
