Job Description

Bartech is an established leader in the MSP industry, being voted in the top 5 MSP providers globally. As a Report Analyst, you will have the opportunity to partner with supplier relationship management and program office professionals to provide data and reporting support and analysis with a focus on contingent labor. This will include daily, weekly, and monthly scheduled reports as well as ad hoc reports and special projects. Utilizing VMS tools, including Fieldglass, IQNavigator, and PeopleFluent, you will use a high level of attention to detail to pull and organize data. This position will be at Bartech's HQ located in Southfield, MI.

  • Examine the unique needs and concerns of a business to develop relevant practices and procedures for preparing reports.

  • Learn appropriate and effective use of VMS (e.g. Fieldglass, IQN, Beeline, PeopleFluent), including how to prepare reports and properly utilize report data

  • Shadow, when appropriate on a quarterly basis, in the development and documentation of reporting programs during implementation and transition to operations.

  • Drive impactful and actionable analysis on both a standard/recurring and ad hoc basis.

  • Assimilate, synthesize, and critically evaluate data and information from various sources and deliver impactful observations, recommendations, and conclusions.

  • Engage in the continuous evolution of the effectiveness provided by Reporting/Analytics.

  • Work with other departments to gather data that comes from other reporting systems that is to be included in reporting.

  • Engage in QA with Senior Report Analysts for complex ad-hocs, new/modified calculations, and other reporting requiring review

  • Assist in maintaining team tools/documentation to ensure information updates/changes are accurate and consistent

  • Perform special projects as assigned by (but not limited to) Manager or Director.

Required Experience

Required Experience:

  • At least 1 years of experience successfully presenting reports, analysis, and recommendations to all levels of management

Required Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
