Job Description:

Hyundai America Technical Center, Inc. (HATCI) is currently looking for a Network Security Administrator at our Superior Township, MI location that will:

Monitor and advise on information security issues related to HATCI

Manage and maintain security systems (FW, IPS, WIDPS, AV, DLP, DRM,etc)

Coordinate and execute IT security projects.

Coordinate security incident responses.

Develop and publish Information Security policies, procedures, standards and guidelines based on knowledge of best practices and compliance requirements.

Conduct classification assessment and security audits and manage remediation plans.

Collaborate with IT management to manage security vulnerabilities.

Create, manage and maintain user security awareness.

Conduct security research of latest security issues and threats.

Configuration and management of network equipment – switches, routers, firewalls, gateways, etc.

Conduct system and software testing and evaluation for future deployments.

Cisco, CISSP, or MCSE Certification preferred.

Create and present technical reports as assigned.

Perform additional projects as assigned.

Travel up to 20% of time.

 
     
Experience and Skills:

Bachelors degree in computer related field

5 years technical networking IT experience including hardware and software installation, configuration, troubleshooting, debugging.

5 years technical Security Experience including (Vulnerability management, assessment and remediation, Social Engineering, and security awareness training)
