Program Manager
Description
* Program Management of Delphi Connection Systems for OEM
* Define and communicate OEM program requirements to Delphi
* Oversee multiple programs for successful execution, award to launch and regular production
* Follow the key metrics for the OEM programs
* Support new programs and quality issues on first deliveries
* Support the development and implementation of new Delphi technologies
* Participate on technical/design reviews with OEM members
* Support and execute flawless product launches
* Interface and support to Delphi engineering and manufacturing areas
* Coordinate work with teammates, attend Product Development Process meetings, Design Reviews and OEM supplier communications
* Support vehicle assembly plant launches and initial builds
* 7th level position
Position Requirements
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Knowledge of electrical connections and components
• Knowledge of vehicle assembly and major subfunctions
• High level knowledge of OEM vehicle program timing and requirements
• Ability to work in OEM engineering facility in Warren or Troy, MI
• Ability to communicate with team members in other locations or regions
• Good communication skills.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Knowledge of specific OEM release and design systems
• 4 year Engineering degree or equivalent
• Previous experience in automotive wiring and/or electrical release
• Position located in Warren, Michigan
• Experience in program management
Educational Requirements BS Engineering Degree or equivalent - Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering
