At FCA, you’ll work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with people who exemplify the entrepreneurial spirit and work together as a team to continually think bigger and bolder.What you’ll do:The Company Car Remarketing Manager is responsible for providing financial support to the Company Car Program and managing used vehicle pricing for the Guaranteed Depreciation Program (GDP) and Company Car Program vehicles at auction. This includes the evaluation of employee lease rates, departmental vehicle inventory levels (quotas), supporting month-end closing, forecasting requirements, and SOX compliance.•Prepare annual rate program for the employee lease program•Provide month end closing support, including the preparation of reserve balances and inventory account reconciliations•Provide input to the monthly (GA) cost forecast, including variance analysis•Price used vehicles using multiple sources and communicating suggested floor pricing to the auctions selling the vehicles•Ensure SOX compliance and provide internal/external audit support as needed for both GDP and Company car programs•Work with IT to ensure system integrity and the execution of process improvementsBasic Qualifications:•Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; if no Bachelor’s in Finance or Accounting, must have a Master’s Business Administration (MBA), Finance, or Accounting•Minimum of eight (8) years of related experience or Masters with seven (7) years of related experience•Demonstrated proficiency with all Microsoft Office applications, especially ExcelPreferred Qualifications:•Demonstrated Qlikview and MS Access skills•Demonstrated oral and written communication skills•Demonstrated analytical skills•Ability to multi task and adapt easily to change, including prioritization of assignments•Ability to work with large volumes of data, summarize data and draw conclusions•SAP experienceFCA is proud to extend to its employees a compensation and benefits package that is designed to retain their talent and to motivate and reward job performance.
