Job Summary

Falls are the leading cause of injury-related morbidity and mortality among older adults. Most serious fall injuries are broken bones. The direct medical costs for fall injuries are $20 billion annually. This work advances the field of fall prevention by incorporating multi-dimensional physical, psychosocial and environmental aspects of the determinants of fall-related fractures in patient’s life circumstances.


*Conduct the survey data collection at the Hamilton Community Health Network.

*Enter the data into the excel file

*Coordinate the incentives

*Meet with the PI regularly to update the progress

Will need to work 3days per week when the Hamilton Clinic Opens.At least 10 hours per week.

Required Qualifications*

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Having a car to visit the clinical sites.

Must be a student.

Desired Qualifications*

Research experience is preferred.
