Job Description

Job Summary:

Performs a variety of customer service functions.

Responsibilities:

• Handles customer service inquiries and problems.

• Uses systems for tracking, information gathering, or troubleshooting.

• Responds to inquiries and may refer customers to secondary sources.

• Maintains records as appropriate.

• Make follow-up telephone calls to patients; support patients in their efforts for behavior change. Refer questions/issues to appropriate area when beyond own area of expertise. Generate follow-follow up letters as required. Develop and prepare reports as needed.

Qualifications

Education:

• HS or Equivalent

• High School diploma or equivalent from an accredited program required and Prefer at least 1 year experience using MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); customer service, accurate keyboard entry, and excellent telephone skills required.
