This role will partner closely with key Dematic leaders to understand business and development needs to implement a successful rotational training program and administer the continued success of the program. The successful candidate must be highly strategic, highly analytical and biased for action with a visible sense of ownership. Dematic is seeking a candidate with a robust background in Organizational Development, Instructional Design, as well as the demonstrated ability to execute and manage programs.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Partners with business and functional leaders to develop and implement strategic training roadmaps that align sales training strategies, initiatives and processes with business objectives and strategic plans. * Creates, designs, and implements internal Sales Training including but not limited to eLearning, video, mobile, on-the-job activities, assessments, job aids, classroom experiences, coaching programs, and blended learning experiences. * Responsible for the continued success of the program and offers design changes based on business needs or objectives. * Incorporates feedback from participants and functional leaders to improve the internal Sales Training program. * Develops, implements, and reports on metrics that analyze the impact of sales training initiatives. * Partners actively with Human Resources to monitor talent and high potentials in the program. * Partners with Instructional Designer / Training Specialist to create training deliverables as needed.
