Call Monitoring Specialist Req #: 30096209 Category: Business Ops Facility: 750 Stephenson Business Center Department: Scheduling Referrals Schedule: Full time Shift: Days Job Details:GENERAL SUMMARY:To consistently monitor and assess department phone recordings to leverage existing phone call monitoring technology. Provide timely feedback and recognition which will improve service, quality, and efficiency. This person will work to execute the department's vision and mission through close relationships with the management and support team.STANDARD QUALIFICATIONSTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Education / Training: An Associates degree and/or previous experience in the call center environment is preferred.B. Work Experience:Three years of registration and scheduling experience requiredC. Certification, Licensure, Registration:D. Other Qualifications:* Advanced computer skills and expertise in the full Microsoft Office suite. Strong listening, verbal and written communication skills. Requires experience with the Beaumont corporate registration and scheduling process. Able to work independently and to be self-motivated.* Ability to sit for extended periods of time and to review recorded consumer interactions using head phones/ear buds.
